EWD IN ACTION

Saturday, August 29, 2009 was a nervous day for me. Not only I should wake up early morning but also I had bad experienced that influenced me to didn't come and join EWD. Actually that bad experienced had happened in Senior High School when I join KPHO and KPPP. Previously I felt very happy because that was my first time to camping and live in the jungle. But my estimates was wrong, that was my worse experienced in my life, because there was full of angry, seniority, and famine (because I should prepare and cook food by my self, and I cant do it). That's why I doubt to joining EWD. But my estimates was wrong for the twice, previously, I thought EWD would be my second bad camp experienced, but now EWD have been part of beautiful and memorable experienced in my life.

At 07:30Am all of the participant to gather around The USD Hall, because the committee have prepared Expo event to introduced PBI Club to the participant. I was so enjoy that event, because I knew about all of The Club in PBI that would support me to increase English learning ability, such as CODE (debate) will be supporting me to increase my English speaking capability, MAC (movie) will be supporting me to increase my English listening capability, to find new vocabulary, pronunciation, and know the English speaking accent of native speaker. The committee not only introduced PBI Club, but also all of the PBI lecturers. That is important moment for me, because I could know name of the lecturer in PBI who will be teaching me in this semester and the next semesters.

At 01:30Pm all of the participant and commmittee have gone to Wonogondang camping ground by buses. I went to Wonogondang by bus number 1, but the fact that the number bus wasn't reflect I will arrived as the first group. Previously, the journey to Wonogondang was good without problem, but suddenly my bus got problem with the machine that cause I could not continue my journey, so I should been waiting for the other bus.

At 02:30Pm I was arrived on Wonogondang and went to my tend, I was very happy because my tend near the toilet, so I didn't worry if I want to go to toilet in afternoon. After relaxing my feeling, I go to the yard to plan "Jurit Malam" strategy. Jurit Malam was event that held in mid night, so we should prepare our self to join that event.

At 00:00Am Jurit Malam was started, I was very happy because that is my favorite moment in EWD. Jurit Malam was taught me to cooperative with all the members of my group. Previously, I have been joining Jurit Malam in Senior High School, that's why I knew all of the rules. When EWD Jurit Malam, all of the participants should join with game that have prepared by commitee. I thought that, the game was taught me to be patient and creative, because we should be cooperative to finish the game.

At Sunday, August 30, 2009 all of the participants should join out bond, in that moment, the key to finish the game is cooperative and spirit . So I think that, cooperative and spirit is a secret massage to finish the education in PBI. At 04:00Pm, all of the participants and committee was prepared to come back to campus. I felt so sleepy because I just slept one hour after The Jurit Malam Moment.
Finally, EWD not only gave me a lot of experienced but also many friends. EWD was taught me to be more patient to every challenge in PBI. I am happy could be the member of PBI.
