Nowadays people who live in metropolitan areas have a new interesting habit. Steam bath becomes a new lifestyle where people attention’s diverged. Actually steam bath is not a new habit for the society, especially those who live in Greek and the places around that country. The steam bath basically promoted by Roman Empire and spreaded around the world through Turkey, Russian, and Europe. By the rapid development of the world, that classic habit also spreads to Asia and become a new lifestyle of the contemporary Asian people.
Steam bath is good for your health. Steam bath is not like the usual bath you do. It doesn’t only function as a process to clean our body but also release your stress and bring many benefits to your body. From the research conducted by the University of Munich’s Institute of Medical Balneology and Climatology between 1983 and 1986, steam bath can help your autonomic and endocrine system circulate well. However there are many people do the steam bath mistakenly because of the information lack nesses towards the steam bath methods.
The research reveals lots of unrevealed information regarding the steam bath. The research says that there are many things that people have to prepare before doing the steam bath. It starts from the equipment needed to the best way of doing steam bath. Basically the equipment needed for having a steam bath are only warm water, and steam bath chamber. The first step of preparation before taking a steam bath shouldn’t be considered trivially. The first step should also be done organizely so that the benefits of taking a steam bath could be reaped perfectly. The first step before doing the taking a steam bath is taking a shower with warm water. This step aims to create the accordance between your personal body sensitivity and the temperature of the water. The process of taking shower shouldn’t be more than 15-20 minutes because actually it’s for setting your body temperature into neutral degree so that your body temperature will not under 36,8 C. In this step, you also have to make sure that every parts of your body is relax and warm so that your body will not be stiff when you do the steam bath.
After taking a shower, the next step is go to the steam bath chamber. This step shouldn’t be done for more than 15 minutes. When you are in the bath chamber, please be relax by having soft massage on your body while sipping a glass of water or a lemon juice so that your body will not get dehydrated. The soft massage aims to make your body more relax as well as open your body pores so the particle which blocked your pores could be vanished. After having a steam bath, you have to go out for a while before you do the last step of steam bath so your body temperature will decline from hot temperature to the warm temperature.
The last step of having a good steam bath is finishing by cleaning your body. While you are in the steam bath chamber, your body will sweat excessively and the sweat contains many particles from your pores. You could clean the particle from your skin by having a shower. Please make sure that before you clean your body, the body temperature should be in warm temperature (+/- 36,8 C) so that your skin will not be shock after leaving the steam chamber.

The first step aims to stabilize your body temperature before having steam bath. The second step is to keep your body in the optimum function away from the dehydration.
